Simple Medication Reminder Review

Based on the paper form provided by a healthcare professional
No advertisements or commercial affiliations
Alarm function can be easily toggled on or off
Flexible medication scheduling to align with your routine

Instructions:

Input your medications and dosages
Activate reminder times by selecting the corresponding slots (Morning, Noon, Dinner, Bed)
Personalize alarm timings using the 'set times' feature
An audible alert will signal when it's time to take your medication

Important Note:

iPhone/iPad notifications function outside of the app context only
Enter your prescription details
Configure reminder timings
To exit the app, press the home button
You can revisit the app anytime for updates or to review your plans

Additional Functions:

Adjust alarm timings with the 'set times' option
Modify pill timings using hour+ and minute+ buttons
Easily navigate through pill timings with the next button

Take note: Red text indicates the specific pill intake time.
